What brought you to work for WINDSHUTTERS?
I moved to Florida in Jan 2004 and initially worked for a couple of “shady” companies. Looking for something more reputable, I went to a job fair where I was introduced to Windshutters. They had company vans, trailers, and a physical shop and seemed legit; and I have been here ever since (16yrs this April).
What is one thing that stands out to you in the WINDSHUTTERS team that you appreciate?
When personal life and business problems arise, the company is great at addressing and resolving them by whatever means necessary! They really care for their employees, we are like a big family.
What is your favorite time of day?
Between 4 and 5, it’s my quiet time, when I have time to reflect on the day.
What is your greatest joy/excitement in life right now and why –
Spending time with my grandchildren, friends, and family.
